Hi everyone,

You are enrolled in a regatta which will take place soon??

Here is important information to know:

You must be present the day before departure. You will spend your night on board of ATODOTRAPO.

You will need to:

 (For security reasons)

Your identity documents (Id or passport)

A certificate of liability insurance individual

Money in cash (€ 500)

Your international credit card 

Mobil phone for Europe area

Name, address and telephone number of the person for eventual emergency.

To not spoil the moment, we recommend you to buy a waterproof sealed bag to put all your documents and sensitive equipment in it.

But also the following equipment:

 Soft bag for your stuff (no case)

Sleeping bag

Pillow slip

Watertight flashlight (torch or headlamp)

Cap

Sunglasses

Sunscreen

Amenity kit

Towel

Your medications if you are on going treatment

A set waterproof and warm clothes (jacket and overalls Quart)

A pair of boots or waterproof footwear.

Proper dressing for the evening arrival party and the delivery of trophies

Finally some warm and / or light clothes can be worn under your waterproof clothes set

Your registration is being validated, but before departure, you ll have to pay a withdrawal by direct transfer which will be confirmed by email in advance and accompanied with our bank details.

The price includes:

All the nights on board,  the refueling and graocery during the race (excluding alcoholic beverages or requestpersonal), the registration fees, the specific insurances, the navigation and port taxes, the professional skippers, the evening of arrival, the preparation and cleaning of the boat and all expenses related for the navigation during the regatta. 

The price does not include lunch and dinner taken at the dock. 

The arrival to the Port Vell will be at your expense. Several solutions are listed in Contacts and Location.
